Been playing on Craybet for roughly a couple months and figured I'd share my experience since I haven't seen many posts about this place around here. Registered after seeing an ad and signing up literally took a couple minutes. Minimum deposit is ten bucks which is about what you'd expect. Got a sign-up bonus — 100 percent match to $500 plus 50 free spins on Gates of Olympus. Playthrough requirements were 35 times the bonus which isn't amazing but it's manageable.
The game library is honestly pretty solid. They've got titles from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, and Microgaming — meaning Book of Dead, Starburst, all the popular ones. I'd guess maybe 2000 games when you add it all up. The live dealer section uses Evolution which is smooth — played some baccarat and Crazy Time with actual croupiers and it worked great.
Tbh the thing I wasn't thrilled about was withdrawal times. Withdrew via Bitcoin and waited about 48 hours for my first withdrawal. After that though it dropped to like 24 hours. Payment options include credit cards, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and crypto so that covers pretty much everything you'd want. I'd look at what they've got going on at svnewtech to see for yourself.
Mobile experience on Craybet on mobile worked better than expected. There's no app to download but the browser version loads fast and slots and live games work no problem. Played a few sessions in bed and had zero lag or glitches.
Customer service on Craybet has been okay — they have live chat and someone actually responds within a few minutes when I've used it. I contacted them about a pending withdrawal and got it fixed within hours. Not sure about Curacao-based from what I can tell which is standard for platforms like this. Not everything is amazing — promo codes seem rare — but for what it is it does the job for me.
